“No problem with the order, it arrived promptly but I understood that M3 meant 3mm which I needed so I ordered M3 instead of M4 and got it all wrong.. the whole order!”

“The items were well packed and were all together also included a packing slip to cross reference what was ordered, just took a while from Brisbane for postage & delivery but that's Australia Post for you I guess. I will be using bolt and nut again thank you for your efforts it is most welcomed and greatly appreciated”

“The Roof Bolts I ordered arrived in excellent time! The quality is better than anything else I could find or have previously used on the roof. I am maintaining an old Zinc Alum Corrugated roof first laid in 1988. The old gal bolts are rusting away and quite a few have been replaced over time for various reasons. I was very surprised to find I had bought blue-dipped bolts as the picture showed untreated galvanized bolt heads when I ordered. It turns out this really is an advantage as I can see which ones are new and which are yet to be replaced. Maybe the website could show the bolt color correctly in the picture. I.e. Ocean Blue to go with an Ocarean Blue order? When I checked how this mistake had happened, I realized the picture had misled me and it was in the fine print. Other customers might not be so pleased to turn an error like this into an advantage.”
