“The design portal is a little clunky. When making the smallest change, it would throw the entire design off. It would be great for BoxUp to add the United States Virgin Islands to their shipping options. USPS ships here without any issues. If you have Puerto Rico, you can easily add our territory. We're about 94 miles/25 mins by plane from Puerto Rico - literally next door. Hope this is something you can consider in the near future.”

“so far no problems with the sight the download of the finale to edit could be smother or broken up into layers already. or i just have no idea what I'm doing with GIMP so that's more than likely the problem.”

Hi Stephanie, dielines always have to be removed before printing or they will be printed on the box. Sorry you had a tough time.

Laura, you should be able to edit zoomed in. You can also right click and drag to move around the template.

“Shipping options only loaded economy option at ~$38, but when reloaded a few hours later, more options populated and price jumped to ~$51. WAs told by an agent that there was a bug when I first loaded my order. Aside from that, the process is very seemless and the agent was very kind.”

“So far seems super user-friendly. I've come across many polymailer companies that refuse to allow me to see a sample but expect me to crash out on a bulk order??? Makes no sense. I only gave 4 stars because the order was just placed so haven't received yet. I will GodWilling update soon as I receive!”

“Difficult if you don't have design experience. Would LOVE a canva tempate!! I tried to download the tempate but it wasn't effective. This would make your program an A !”

Montica, thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, we can't make a template that works with every type of design software. PDFs are compatible with most design software, so that is what we use, but we will definitely look into your suggestion.

Hi Andres, we ship as fast as we can print the boxes. Of course, there are always boxes printing, so each order has to wait its turn, but we make sure we get orders shipped by the in-hands date. Thanks for your feedback!
