“Return posted June 3rd. No refund received so contacted customer service June 17th. Photo of proof of posting requested and sent 20th June. Promised refund 23rd June. Still waiting for refund on 1st July, almost a month after posting the return. Also, do not request an exchange with this company because if the replacement size also doesn't work for you in that style then you will need to pay for the return yourself; therefore if you want a different size do a return then a new order (but based on my experience you would then need to chase up the refund and so far, one month later, I have not had mine).”

“I have always worn bras from Fantasie make. I have tried other brands but this one only suits me. This is the first time I have used BraForMe as the bras I wear were on sale. Although they didn't keep me updated with the order but once I enquired I had an update. All in all good experience.”

“Fine if your order is ok, but terrible if there is a problem. One of the bras developed a problem the first time I wore it (underwire came out of the casing). BraForMe are just dragging their heels even in accepting there is an issue even though I am following the procedure on their website. So frustrating that I can't even get hold of anyone to speak to.”
