“Never received delivery. Numerous emails back and forth to Braforme and outcome was courier shows he was near our area so refused refund! My wife was at home all day and think she'd recall someone chapping the door and handing her a package!!! Will never use this company again, absolutely pathetic on customer service. Photo shows the full order we received, ie nothing”

“I have used Braforme a few times now, and they are always great - I get the Fantasie bras I like for a lot less than they cost at other stores and the quality and fit is the exact same. I wanted to return an item in my last order and the customer service was quick, easy and responsive too which I appreciate. Free returns also so no risk trying something new. I will continue to use them and I don’t go anywhere else for my bras now”
