“I have been ordering bird food from you now for some time and would say that the quality of the seeds, nuts, and mealworms have always been excellent. The quality of the hangers is great, and to be able to order eveything required for wild bird feeding in one place is brillient. The website is easy to use and very straightforward and the delivery is excellent. So important when you have hungry mouths to feed.....Will certainly continue to order from you in future. “Ordered 10 minutes before the stated deadline on a Friday afternoon...the feed arrived the next day!! Can't fault that...I thought because it was a Friday that the 'Next Day' delivery would not be until the Monday! I was super pleased with this as my 2 year old grandson was coming for a visit on the Saturday.”

“Duck food was excellent and good pricing compared to another brand on Amazon. Delivery was quick too. Was supposed to receive a free bird seed sample but that was not in the delivery.”

“The sparrows love most of the seed but tend to throw some out for the wood pigeons and the only problem we have is when it's on the ground grass or wheat starts to grow with whats left but overall they love it and delivery is very quick we go through a lot”

“Excellent Customer Service, great quality floating Swan and Duck food, we have a family of Swans who return to us yearly, twice a day, she had 8 cygnets this year, sadly lost 1 but they call me to go and feed them and if I could get closer would take the food from my hand.”

“I received a large box of Jumbo peanuts following a telephone inquiry concerning the current batch. I knew that the harvest this year was pretty bad and that the size of available nuts tended to be smaller. Brinvale confirmed that the current batch was not quite a good regarding the size as previous batches, but were the very best available. Indeed they were! the batch received is certainly the best currently available. My concern was that the Squirrel Buster I use has feeding slots slightly larger than other nut devices, and that the nuts would be easily pulled out whole. However, on opening the box (13kg) my concern evaporated. These are fresh clean peanuts and certainly not small, even if a little smaller than last years batch. Having looked what is available elsewhere, in my opinion you will not get better. What also pleases me greatly, is the honest response to my initial inquiry. So top marks for Integrity and product.”
