Goods not delivered and unable to get in touch. Complete and utter waste of time and money!

Extremely Bad Customer Service. 100% advise to avoid them. Worthless to use them again. Item never arrived, never got refund and never got any contact from Buildiro. Keep chasing them but all useless. Keep away from them

Dear reviewer, Thank you for your feedback. Let me clarify this situation. Kindly note that our courier has delivered your order the following business day, just like the Next day delivery option promises. However, you refused to accept the delivery, as you claimed that it must have been delivered before 3pm, and our courier arrived around 6pm. Please be informed that there has never been any condition such as this; the only condition regarding 3pm and the Next day delivery is that an order needs to be placed before 3pm so that we can ensure the delivery on the following business day. Also, I am sorry to hear that you have been chasing us and got no reply, I checked my inbox and so did my colleague, but there has not been a single e-mail from you. Please contact us on support@buildiro.com and we can have a look at this situation again. Kindly note that you have been refunded the whole amount immediately after refusing the order, so please double check your bank account for the refunded amount. Unfortunately, our supplier has failed to provide us with products from your order, so we had to cancel it. I placed the order, two trellis on 11th July, received an email, telling us it's on the way. Tracking showed that we received with even a driver's name. But I have never received the delivery. I called, explained and received the email, saying the delivery would be the next day, 22nd. But again no delivery made, no call , no email. I called 3 times but no reply. I just received a belated email, there is no product in fact so the refund will be made within 5 to 10 days. What kind of business is this?

If you allow me to explain, we were dealing with some system difficulties last week, which is why you received the incorrect information about your delivery. After we found out that we are unable to deliver the product, we contacted you immediately, but unfortunately, the e-mail never reached you. My colleague contacted you the following morning when she found out that you called, as she saw that something was not right, but we understand that we should have reacted faster. We take your review as a suggestion for our improvement, your comments has been discussed at length with a responsible team leader to prevent this from happening again. We paid for next day delivery. We were told between 6.15-8.15pm. What is great is they give you an option to track the driver. The driver from 7.30pm was in the same place for 24 hours, just 15 walk from us. We didn't get the item for nearly another 20 hours after this. What was worse was "customer service" lied to us throughout when we could have purchased the item elsewhere as it was very time sensitive. I called a few time and they would only communicate via email and then were useless. Don't trust this company if you need anything in a time sensitive manner or for anyone to care about customer service/get back to you. An apology would have gone a long way but not as much as a simple acknowledgement that they couldn't deliver in the window they told me about, thus not allowing me to source elsewhere.
