“Tried several times to order over the phone they never confirmed order with the promised e mail , they promised to call back to confirm delivery date , but never called, next day hung up on me so I gave up and bought the items from another supplier cheaper”
“It was absolutely a nightmare with “buy fencing direct”. I bought fence panels and poles from them. The quality was very poor to start with. When I made a complaint with them, they’ve agreed to have someone to collect them and provide a full refund afterwards. A couple of days later I was told I need to pay £30 otherwise no one can come to collect. 3wks later finally someone came to collect, but no news on refund. After numeral calls, I was told I need to pay £100 for the collection! I have contacted their customer support several time since then to complain about this, however their attitude was beyond rude. The lady called Sarah was shouting at me, and didn’t even allow me to finish my sentence! And so far I still haven’t got any of my money back! Such a rip off... Be careful, don’t ever buy from this company.

“They are an internet site which pass over orders to the manufacturers. Ordered and paid for some fence panels, turns out not in stock as received call from manufacturer. After 2 weeks contacted Buyfencingdirect and was told 'you will get delivery when in stock' Helpful!!
Luckily I was able to find manufacturer spoke to them directly (17 days after order by now) only to find they are in stock for the last ?10days and they are delivering them now the day after tomorrow. What the internet company gets paid for I don't know as clearly their interest is the order and not prepared to follow it up when there are issues. AVOID, go direct to the manufacturers”
