“I've used the shower seal several times now both in replacing the silicone seal and on new installations. Every time the customer has been very impressed. It's an excellent and well thought out product Perfect colour match too. I use it every time.”

“We decided to purchase our new bathroom combined light and fan after doing a search on line as well as phoning byretech and speaking directly with a fan expert to clarify the appropriate product. After installation by a qualified electrician, there was a problem that was discussed over the phone with the fan expert who talked us through various checks which highlighted a weak wiring connection. This was corrected and the product works perfectly. The fan expert dealt with our query in a clear and calm manner and we are happy that we purchased from a company that offered a friendly aftercare service.”
