“The social worker assigned by Cafcass refused to write my concerns, instead she decide to write all baseless allegations the mother made, used half page pages to highlight the fake actions of the mother and made a reccomandation of only interim contact with my 5 years old baby girl. The safeguarding letter was full of bias for the mother who stopped the contact as she is suffering from malicious mother syndrome. Also Cafcass made a nonsense advise to the judge. Such as I could have sent book and letter and postcard to my 5 years old baby girl who doesn't know how to read and write. This cafcass lady refused to even to be told the background of the matter which started with an international abduction and a secret relocation of the child. Ms cafcass ignored all this criminal action done by the mother! She would be better to change job and not to work anymore in contact with children. She is supporting parental alienation done by mothers. I really think this woman is sick and indeed doesn't respect children rights! Cafcass should close down.”
