“Prompt despatch, timely communications and quick, diligent follow up after sales, marred only by inexplicable delay by the courier in making delivery from their depot (and unnecessarily lengthy communication with them to try to resolve it)”

“Campbell Miller Tools deserve 5 stars for their service except they used Evri as the courier. Processing the order, and transferring to Evri was prompt. Listening sympathetically when Evri failed to deliver for nearly a week was appreciated, but they should use a different courier in the first place. What should have been a pleasant experience turned into a stressful one thanks tothe delay and the endless, conflicting messages from Evri. When the parcel did arrive (following a message to say it wouldn't); the outer packaging was damaged, but unusually it was delivered to our address! Thankfully, the robustness of the packaging, the product itself was undamaged. Bottom line: Campbell Miller Tools are excellent, but please switch courier”

“Product competitively priced and very importantly, free delivery in the UK. Much appreciated and clinched the deal in the end. Delivery was on time and in generally good order. However, the top of the product box was open and having checked, thankfully nothing was missing. I do not understand how this could be allowed to happen. These boxes appear to be thrown around in the back of a van and driven for miles, so relying on the original seals for the box is rather naive. If a part had been missing I am sure it would have been a lengthy and difficult process to request/claim a replacement part, which neither CMT nor I would have enjoyed. I suggest that someone puts at least a bit of 2-inch sellotape around the edges of each box to prevent this sort of mishap. Overall though a well managed delivery from a respected Company.”

“I’ve not used the mower yet- though it looks very good and is easy to store. Ordering and paying was east on the site and the silent was prompt. So I’m happy with the service”

“It would have been 5*, but for some reason they did not immediately ship one of the 4 apparently in stock, instead telling me I had to wait for their next stock to arrive. When I pointed this out they were quick to get their act together and ship from existing stock, along with an apology. That apart, they did well with the keenest price, so I am very happy and will shop here again.”

“My order was dealt with promptly and shipped within 36 hours. The reason for only 4 stars is that the order was for an item that was small, easily packaged and didn't need a signature. Clearly I can't comment on whether the same rapidity of service would have been achieved with something bulkier and heavier.”

“Very good range of Dremel attachments at good value. Delivery using EVRI was on time as promised. The only hiccup was being unable to create an account but a swift reply from Customer Service suggested using Guest access.”

“Ordered with ease from the easy to use website. Delivery was OK but that's only due to Evri, arrived 2 days later than originally expected from the standard free post. Would use Campbell Miller again when needed but order even earlier than actually required.”
