Campbell Miller Tools deserve 5 stars for their service except they used Evri as the courier. Processing the order, and transferring to Evri was prompt. Listening sympathetically when Evri failed to deliver for nearly a week was appreciated, but they should use a different courier in the first place. What should have been a pleasant experience turned into a stressful one thanks tothe delay and the endless, conflicting messages from Evri. When the parcel did arrive (following a message to say it wouldn't); the outer packaging was damaged, but unusually it was delivered to our address! Thankfully, the robustness of the packaging, the product itself was undamaged. Bottom line: Campbell Miller Tools are excellent, but please switch courier
