“We had some issues with delivery as the information on the website indicated that if the order was placed before 2pm, there would be a next day delivery. When our lawnmower did not come on time or even the following day, we rang up and it appears that there is a charge if you want next day delivery. We felt that this was misleading. It also turned out that our lawnmower was not available and not due in to Campbell Miller Tools until the following week, however, the customer service person we spoke to was very helpful and understanding of our disappointment and arranged for a next day delivery once the lawnmowere arrived with them. I am basing my review on the excellent customer services and the fact that a human being picked up the phone and I did not have to go through layers of longwinded automatic voice messages with hundreds of options”

“EFFICIENT SERVICE IN SUPPLY OF BOSCH CORDLESS POLE HEDGE TRIMMER.. IT TOOK LONGER TO FIND & ACCESS THE BOSCH LUBRICANT OIL SPRAY THAT HAD TO BE APPLIED PRIOR TO USE OF THE TRIMMER. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFUL TO HAVE HAD IT SUPPLIED WITH THE TRIMMER IN THE FIRST PLACE.”

“10/10! I never heard of the company, had decent feedback pm trust pilot. Decided to go for it, and was very pleased. Extremely fast dispatch and delivery. Unfortunately I got brutal customs fee as im based in Ireland, but that's not their issue! Just a FYI if you're ordering outside UK! It was delivered within 48 hours!”

“Excellent helpful service from knowledgeable staff. Goods arrived quickly. Unfortunately, I gave them the wrong part number so had to return the goods. On telling the company they arranged an immediate refund. I would definitely recommend Campbell Miller.”
