“I paid for nx day delivery it arrived late when I phoned the lady who is apparently the owner to Sabrina Janik refused to reimburse my nx day delivery costs & told me to read the T&C small print she was aggressive & blunt I try to calmly explain that I have paid for an extra service promoted on your web site which was not fulfilled she still refused . RUDE POOR SERVICE”

“made a mistake on my first order,so had to order more end caps and bit annoyed at the delivery charge for something that weighed about 3grms cost £1.98 but was charged over £6.00 for it,think the website is misleading regarding the end caps as it shows 2 (1 right side and 1 left side) so I thought it was 2 together so I ordered 2 but only received 1 set hence the reason to order another set.products are good and the price is decent and would use them again”
