“Asked for order cancellation 5 minutes after making the order on a Saturday. Two days later on Monday I called 3 times in the morning, no one picked up. I left voicemails also. Midday on Monday you processed the order still and have not even returned communications. Genuinely the worst consumer experience I have had in several years.”

“My payment didn’t go through first time for some reason online, but I called and left a message and they rang me straight back to confirm my second try had been approved and that my package had already been prepared for dispatch. It arrived next day. Excellent service.”

“This is an excellent company to deal with. Their website is easy to navigate and very easy to use. And because they focus on just the products you need there is no "too many choices" scenario. I'm pretty useless at doing the finishing touches whlie slowly renovationg my house, but I have finally finished the ground floor COMPLETE WITH thresholds and LVT edging and stair nosings and I am absoluteloy chuffed with the products, the finish and the ease of use.”
