“April 29, 2024, our K-1 Fiancé Visa application was established through the simplified and stress free template of CitizenPath.com. I followed their instructions by adding our supporting documentation (our photographs from our engagement party, our social media announcements, airline tickets, and a couple other relevant items.) Prior to CitizenPath.com $139 guaranteed USCIS approval, we thought we had to pay thousands of dollars for an immigration attorney. Those thoughts were haunting my sleep and causing undue stressful and frustration. One night I was awaken by another financial terror. As I scrolled through Google looking for a low cost immigration attorney and stumbled across the Godsend website….CitizenPath.com. After answering the questions on their electronic template, it promoted me to download our application. The application printed correctly. The documents had clear instructions including how & where to mail the packet, concise reminders to include the supporting proof of our legitimate relationship. The professionalism of CitizenPath.com and Mayra’s commitment to answer my frequent questions has been superb. It has been delightful. Surprisingly I received a text from USCIS informing me that they received my packet on May 1 and started the process on May 6. I also received a letter in the mail stating the same. August 26, we were approved by USCIS. The letter had instructions on our next steps and the timeframes. We also received instructions from CitizenPath.com when I notified them of our progress. On September 26 we were proactive by completing and submitting our DS-160. Now it is October 23, our I-134 has been completed another document needed for the interview. NVC has emailed my fiancé instructions to complete the requirements for the interview at the US Embassy. This process has been smooth and straightforward. I have been happily sharing CitizenPath.com with friends, family, and colleagues.
