“questions related to previous citiations are hard to answer, as the "explain" texts is not providing enough detail what in the US counts as citation and what not. E.g for a speeding ticket in Germany we do receive the ticket with a photo directly from the police via mail. If one agrees they just pay the fine and all is done. Does that count as a citation in the US or not? That is not clear from the Explain text.”

Thanks for your review. Can you suggest what would make the document collection process easier? We list exactly which documents to submit to USCIS. Even if you pay an expensive lawyer lots of money to prepare the petition, YOU still need to gather the documents. Plus, we have a helpful team that can assist you if you run into a problem.

“It was my pleasure to deal with competent and responsive staff member of this company, namely Mayra Dallas’s. The challenging and rather delicate problem was solved in a constructive and impressively quick manner. Which is a very big plus. As to regrettable minuses— they predominantly concern programming side of the product, especially drop down lists of choices.”
