“Even though the guidelines are really easy to follow, it does cover some cases like the c(11) category where the admitted people is paroled and they're able to apply for an EAD. Your guide indicates that an I-94 should be attached to the EAD renewal package. However, aliens in this category are not given the I-94 at the ports of entry.”

Thanks for taking the time to give us feedback, but your statement is not accurate. Our instructions for this example say to include evidence of a lawful entry. The Form I-94 is listed as one way to provide this evidence. There are applicants applying under the c(11) category who do have a Form I-94, Arrival Departure Record.

“Service was okay. A little pricey. You can just fill out the i-130 form online at uscis for free. And they did not say how to send pictures for review.”

We're so sorry we couldn't impress you more. USCIS forms are always free. But USCIS will not protect you from mistakes and answers that cause problems to both your case and family members' immigration. They simply "collect" your information on their forms. Our service actively alert you if there is a problem. There are countless ways that people create problems on their own without even realizing it.

“Your Help Desk appears to be severely understaffed—I am trying to connect with a human right now and they are handling 3 chats and a phone call at the same time. Not their fault that they are slow to respond but your management’s. Stop sucking all the cash for CEO compensation and offer real help!”
