“If I had known this would take over 6 months I would havd used another service. They did not tell me until after I paid. Will def not recommend this service to anyone.”

We're sorry, but using a different service wouldn't make a difference. Your disappointment is with the government's processing time. This has nothing to do with CitizenPath's performance. Our service is provided immediately. Our customers generally experience quicker processing times than average, but reviewing our service based on USCIS processing times is simply unfair.

Thanks for the feedback - sorry it was expensive. The easy way to avoid this is to not purchase. Our price is well communicated before you buy. Why are we too expensive? We are actually less expensive than all major competitors: - Boundless is $345 - SimpleCitizen is $289 - Attorneys may range $750-1500 At our current price of $139, we are less than half the price of the least expensive alternative. Plus, we have amazing support for you. Most profit-minded people would say we should raise prices.

We're very sorry you didn't have a good experience. It looks like you contacted our customer service for a refund because you changed your mind after we already provided our services. You also didn't indicate any problem with the service. We give users the ability to try our service first; that's why payment isn't required until the end of the process. We delivered all documents after payment. If you think we should do business a different way, please explain what we should do differently.

It's always a disappointment if one of our customers isn't thrilled with our service. Based on a review of our customer support notes, it looks like we did everything we promised. You just were hoping for a different type of service. However, we are not willing to go outside the law or break ethical boundaries to serve our customers.

“The PDF form comes out missing information that were not included during the info entering process. Even though I try to edit it still does not work. I would like to get a refund.”

I'm sorry your experience wasn't as expected, but your form turned out exactly as intended - 100% CORRECT. As our customer support team explained, the section that you expected to be included was intentionally left empty. The instructions specifically state to skip this section for your situation. In fact, if you hadn't used our service, you would have prepared the form incorrectly.

We're very sorry you had a difficulty reaching us today. It's our desire to respond to everyone as quickly as we can. However, it's more important to us to provide knowledgeable support. We don't have a giant call center like AT&T and pass you along to each department. The person who answers the phone can generally answer your questions on the spot. Sometimes that means there is a wait. We apologize it is necessary to help sometimes. If you leave us an email or voice message, we always follow up with our customers. You are everything to us.
