“We filed the 485, and I felt this was good value for the price. You need realistic expectations of what this service is. This is not a lawyer holding your hand and doing the paperwork for you. But if you are someone who is easily overwhelmed and nervous about pulling everything together yourself from all over the internet, and making sure you haven't overlooked some important detail, this will give you peace of mind. I have a very "can-do" attitude and when it came down to it I really did need the organization this provided, and the professional reassurance that all my i's were dotted and t's were crossed when I had to seal the envelope and send it in. For the price I felt that was invaluable, especially considering that one on one help would have been astronomically more expensive.”

“It was good and easy to fill out the forms. Instructions and clarifications were very useful! Customer service was deficient. I saw a little mistake and I can't change it myself. I understand the policy they have to make sure it doesn't change my eligibility. That is the good part. But I had to email 4 times back because the changes were not done properly or there were missing parts of my requested correction. At one point I was sent the forms from another person! That was frustrating... The answers came back in a reasonable time but when it needed to be repeated 4 times... it was a waste of time.”

“It is helpful, though a bit pricey. Made things a bit easier than dealing with all the questions by myself. Would also like a phone number to speak with someone there, instead of everything being online.”

“I used Citizen Path to get my Naturalization Certificate and followed that by my son (16) getting his passport. Now slightly more complicated issue with daughter living outside the USA but will use Citizen Path throughout. I did not get the 20% discount that was offered but their email communications are stellar. I would not use any other agency.”

“I believe that CitizenPath provides an exceptional and valuable service. It's intuitive and easy to use. Also requesting edits to the forms is streamlined and efficient. The only single item that prevented me from giving a full five star review is that the system does not allow the user to enter in the additional information so any additional addresses and/or employment has to be handwritten.”

“The forms templates are easy to follow making for a painless process of filling out tedious forms. I would suggest adding a review component (even if it costs a bit more) where someone from your company ensures that documents are filled properly and completely.”

“I think it is worth the reasonable fee (but don't go over $100!) to have all the forms filled in PROPERLY and not have to worry if I have all the required forms for the I-130 petition (like the I-130A). I also like the advice and tips on how to file and where to file and how to submit supporting evidence. Plus I believe there is a help line, although I haven't had a need for it so far.”
