“Some drop down need to be fixed, like selecting the country code drop down it just stays on usa. Please fix that and in joint sponsor I 864 it doesn’t ask for did you serve for military, so in form the check box was blank please fix this as well.”

Thank you for your feedback, but the two questions you referred to are prepared correctly. These are two things that would be incorrect if you didn't use our service. First, your country of domicile should be the United States. We give a warning for any other country because this would be cause for denial. Second, the question about military service is not relevant for joint sponsors. It is only to be answered by petitioning sponsors. It only has an impact for petitioning sponsors who are sponsoring a spouse or child. If you have any more concerns, please contact our support team. As part of our service, this is available to you. “Highly recommend. , I hit a few snags but only because I didn’t understand a few things but that’s my fault but this service is definitely very helpful in making sure that you fill out paperwork properly, I’m sending out my 1-90 renewal and I would recommend having someone that’s knowledgeable with government offices etc because one error can cause u a lot of issues , it definitely was worth paying the money to make sure I had all my I’s dotted and T’s crossed , Russ has been extremely helpful even on a Sunday I was able to get a response, the immigration system changes a lot so def worth it.”

“FORMS ARE NOT COMPLETE: I 485 15. HAVE YOU EVER BEEN DENIED A VISA INTO THE usa? YOU MUST SUPPLY A REASON BUT YOUR FORMS TO NOT OFFER THAT.”

“Would love the same level of hand holding with online applications. For example just tried to use the government online pdf to file online. The Section 2 checkboxes were not highlighted by adobe reader for data entry. Diminished usefulness of form. Lost confidence in process and came to Citizen Path.”

“On the new 134 form there are three sections that didn’t populate once I purchased the document. I’m glad I checked before printing and submitting. But customer service is helpful”
