“I was crunched for time and CitizenPath helped me through all of the applications as well as all of the evidence that was needed for my application. I recieved Supplimental Forms that were filled out with along with the multiple Forms that I needed for my case. Everything came to me ready to go with complete instructions on how to package all of the information I gathered n=and the USCIS forms. As soon as I needed help, they were there via chat messages or phone conversations. There is a short wait time to recieve a phone call from them.”

It's always a disappointment if one of our customers isn't thrilled with our service. Based on a review of our customer support notes, it looks like we did everything we promised. You just were hoping for a different type of service. However, we are not willing to go outside the law or break ethical boundaries to serve our customers.
