“It freezes constantly on a smart phone and you have to start from the beginning after saving your progress which can be frustrating. I'm not sure if anyone else experience it”

“Great program to make the process much simpler and more outlined for people who are not to familiar with the process and help put things at ease. Especially with customer service being able to asks questions and get a quick response for anything you may need to ask. The guarantee that is offered is even more amazing showing how much faith the program has in itself and it?s setup. It?s why we chose to use this program this time for our 3 children instead of paying someone 5 times the price to do the same services. “This is a great service to help navigate completion of confusing USCIS forms if you don't want to pay thousands to hire a lawyer. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is the online form site could really use some work. It's great that users can save their work and return repeatedly to complete a form. But you must start on page 1 and scroll through the entire form everytime you visit. There is no way to jump around between pages and with long forms this gets annoying and tedious after a while. That being said, I will definitely continue to use CitizenPath as my husband and I move through the Visa process. The instruction booklet that came with my completed I-130 was excellent and I look forward to doing continued business with this company.”
