“The company is very quick to respond to questions. They may not like so many questions from me but at least they answer them. I did all the filing of the original paperwork for my husband's Green Card, and I remember the INS kicking a few things back for the simplest things (like putting the date in the European way) when everything else was perfect, so I guess I just ask a lot of things to be sure. All in all, I think they are great. Special thanks to Mayra and Russ!”

“It is the second time I have used the services of CitizensPath , first to petition for my spouse, this time was to remove conditional status and apply for citizenship , its so easy to interact with the process , it?s all computerized,step by step was being guided and at the end I have the option to get the physical copy along with the digital one for a few dollars more,hassle free experience”

“I have literally waited a year not knowing how to fill out the Affidavit of Support. I was so worried that I might do it wrong, so I didn't do it at all. “The questions are clear and easy to follow. When data is missing, there is an option to save and come back to add more info or make corrections. Even after the documents are completed, your documents are editable. The forms are downloadable and come with clear, detailed and easy to follow instructions. It took me less than 20 mins to complete the form. I was stressed and clueless on what I was doing. I even hesitated before paying but in the end it was well worth it. I?m happy with the service.”

“I was in the middle of using another, more expensive online service to assist me with my immigration forms. Their interface was just not at pair with the one from CitizePath, which helped me quite a lot. Yes, true, technically you can fill any form by yourself, but this service helps you to reduce any confusion and gives you many hints. Plus, it guided me on which forms I would need and how to file them. Additionally, any time I needed any support or changes, they were fast and happy to help. Recommend to anyone who does not have the need/chance to pay a full attorney but also wants to make it a little less complicated.”
