“My new Citizen Promaster Tough watch arrived and I certainly wasn't disappointed. It both looked good and felt good being made from titanium. The pictures on the website don't do it justice and much better in the 'flesh'. Communication from Citizen was great with regular updates and could log into my account anytime and see progress for myself. Delivery was quick and flawless and Watch was well packaged. A truly memorable transaction from ordering to delivery and unboxing.”

“My review relates to the previous model cb0013-04a, which I have owned for 10 years, and only varies from the current model in that it had the H144 calibre, the current calibre is H145. Sligtly different face. Kept time to within 2 seconds a day (radio signal corrected at night). So just about the most accurate watch you can buy. After 10 years radio reception failed, and time shown was not correct. Sent to a service centre, who replaced the rechargeable cell. World time adjustment facility is useful if you travel. Sapphire crystal glass - very hard to scratch.”
