“After a couple of days of research i took the plunge and ordered my CZ Smart Hybrid watch. Lots of clear info in advance, and the order was as straight forward as needed to complete purchase. Once in transit i did get an update from DPD advising of a delay (one outside of Citizen's control) so contacted the support team and they were quick to provide an update and estimated delivery time - which was accurate and the watch arrived promptly. Thank you.”

“This is my second eco drive watch. It's beautiful with a rose gold strap thats not too dainty but not chunky so ideal for dress wear. The pearlescent face is good and has a lovely glow to it. The face is a good size for reading the time.”

“I bought this model as a back up whilst my original watch was being serviced. The dial size ensures that I can read the time without my prescription spectacles. It looks good and with my original returned I am not which one to wear.”

“Great service. There was a blemish on the crystal on a watch, a sale replacement was held for me. 4 stars as communications are through email and take a day about to have a conversation which would take 10 mins on the phone.”

“I wasn’t sure about the colour of this but when I received it I was pleasantly surprised, the colour is slightly brighter than shown online and therefore easier to read. The watch is stunning , looks great and is easy to read the rest of the features are brilliant too and all work well. I have had several automatic watches before I started on eco drive and I must say I won’t be looking at another automatic again. Recommend”
