“Since buying the watch and taking a few links out to have it fit my wrist it is super comfortable and was easy to set up. I have been wearing my watch daily and no issues have occurred and it looks fantastic with anything. I would definitely recommend Citizen watches to anyone.”

“Comfortable to wear and looks less bulky than other hybrid smart watches. Notifications are a bit hit and miss, but that's hardly a major problem. Battery life is excellent. The only problem is that my SPO2 figure doesn't register but that could be because I've not set it up correctly. Most of the functions are intuitive via the app so setting which characteristics are shown on the home page is simple.”

“I've had a Navihawk in one form or another since my 21st birthday, when my parents bought me my original. When it took water in and couldn't be fixed after numerous attempts, Citizen stepped in and did a briliant deal on a new model. Now I've treated myself to a Titanium Red Arrows edition and... WOW! It's is SO light. I'm used to the weight of the Stainless Steel models but this is almost unnoticable on the wrist in comparison. Time keeping is, of course, brilliant with the Radio Control and never having to worry about charge (unlike my Apple Watch!) is so good. It's a beautiful piece and I use this in anger at work flying an A321. Love it!”

“I love my tsuyosa,I have a good collection of watches but most I can't wear, uncomfortable straps or heavy timepieces,,this one is excellent to wear,it's not extravagant nor cheap looking,will soon be buying the gold tsuyosa with the red dial,great power bank and stylish,would highly recommend, Tony”

“I purchased this men’s watch as a gift. After trying the strap ,it was quickly discovered that the strap way far to short , watch face also to small to my partners hand. So on the day of purchase the watch was quickly returned. After chasing up for my refund. I was finally told that the watch face & back strap was returned scratched ‘with a large amount deducted from my refund. I was shocked , I tried my best explaining but was repeatedly told that I had to pay even though we didn’t scratch the watch at all. Very disappointed customer”

Hi Deborah, Thank you for your feedback. For any product return, we can only accept it and offer a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition. Unfortunately, the watch was returned with scratches on the face, bezel, and strap, showing signs of use. When our technicians identify damage, we document it thoroughly and share our findings with the customer. In such cases, we offer either a partial refund to cover the damage or the option to return the watch to you at no additional cost. I'm sorry that this experience did not meet your expectations.
