“The watch is beautifully made & very comfortable to wear. Initial set-up was very easy & the user manual readily available online. The detail on the watch face is sharp & well laid out & it is suitable for either smart or casual wear. Only downside is that you need to identify the movement id in order to download the manual - much preferred the old paper manual supplied with the product. Very pleased with the purchase & highly recommend.”

“easantly suprised to find that the watch I had ordered was powered by the sun - ecologically virtuous! A bit disapointed that the strap is a bit too 'padded and rather inflexible but I hope it will gradually bend to my wrist... It looks good and elegant and understated for every day.”

“First purchase of a Citizen watch, bought online from there site. Good delivery and well protected. A month down the line, more than impresed by the overall design and build quality. “Love the AT range, no battery needed, time and date changes automatically, even different time zones. This model is smart and classic looking. Not a criticism but a suggestion, It would be great if the presentation box had a clear lid or even a clear window so when the watch is not been worn for a while they could still keep charging.”

“I have a watch collection, I was adamant that I wouldn't buy another watch. l viewed a photo of the new Citizen Titanium Promaster Tough Ecodrive with the green face on my phone and I got the urge - a fabulous looking watch. I stewed over whether to buy the watch for a couple of weeks, thinking - another watch do I need one? However I weakened ond took the plunge and bought one from Citizen direct with 10%Discount with a code for signing up to promotions The watch arrived, delivery was very prompt. What can I say about this watch - Wow! Quality of case and Beautiful smooth lines and bracelet is excellent The watch wears really well, I am surprised how light this watch is and is the most comfortable watch I have (out of 13) due to the smooth back which has a slight curve. The bracelet has a wonderfully silky feel and look to it - doesn't pull hairs on my wrist, a problem I have with most bracelet watches. The watchface,that's the star of the show The photos don't do it justice- Beautiful shade of green with a slight shimmer contrasted perfectly with white numeral and hands viewed through a non reflective Sapphire Chrystal. - High spec for the price. Legibility is excellent which is what you buy this type of watch for The Lume is the best I've seen and lasts all night depending how much light it has received, I give it a quick blast above my bedside lamp Reliability wise ,I'm confident it will last for years as I've owned another Ecodrive for 8 years trouble free. I Absolutely Love This Watch! The perfect Every day watch that you don't worry about wearing.”

“The watch I ordered arrived quickly and was well packaged. It came in a lovely display box. Unfortunately it wasn't suitable for me this time so I returned it, the returns process was easy and simple. I would definitely shop here again!”

“Excellent watch, looks good, feels good and keeps perfect time. One word of caution, I purchased the watch direct from Citizen UK and I decided to remove one link due to it being too loose on the wrist. I have the correct tool kit to carry out the task, BUT beware, the link pin once removed allows a very small ferrule (a tube approx 2mm in length and just over 1 mm in diameter) inside the link pin hole to fall out. If this happens the pin will not be able to be secured when refitting. The ferrule allow the pin to be trapped between the link and the pin. All was not lost though as I contacted Citizen and after several chats to explain what had happened they are now ordering me a spare replacement link and pin. So as long as I receive the replacement link, Citizen are to be commended.”

“Since buying the watch and taking a few links out to have it fit my wrist it is super comfortable and was easy to set up. I have been wearing my watch daily and no issues have occurred and it looks fantastic with anything. I would definitely recommend Citizen watches to anyone.”
