“Always reliable customer support, I get just enough emails regarding new releases, my several purchases never had a single issue ever. And best of all the photo/video presentations of the watches on the website are very, very accurate. It's the most valuable aspect of online shopping in these times when you can't almost see what you're purchasing in person. Bravo.”

“This is a splendid watch. I purchased it for my son's 18th birthday. He was very pleased with the watch indeed. He says he likes the style, the clear and easy to read face and the eco-drive function of the timepiece. This is the seventh citizen watch that I have bought in the past two decades - all of them from the Eco-drive range. I find them reliable, very accurate and stylish. I would recommend the brand to anyone interested in buying a stylish, well-designed and accurate watch that will last for many years.”
