“Good quality but will need to see how things are after 10 years. I expect the watch to still be running well. The look is great and it’s chunky which I like”

“Easy transaction and delivery was fairly swift. Came well-packed. Just remember that you will have to adjust the size by removing links. So if you are not confident doing this a visit to a jeweller will be needed. This may come as an extra cost.”

“I found the website very easy to navigate and they have a nice selection of watches for a price comparable to e.g. Amazon retailers. Having had a previous Citizen Eco-Drive watch that's lasted many years I was keen to get another one. The titanium ones seem to be very scratch resistant which is great for an everyday watch in my opinion. My previous titanium watch had many scrapes over its life and still looked in good shape regardless. The shipping was fast and without any issues, and you cannot fault the 6 year warranty.”

“Had a great experience using the Citizen Watch UK website picking the watch. Delivery was on time. I had no problems. Everything about the watch was as described. Altering the wrist band needed a specialist tool and this, for the unwary, would potentially be annoying. Thankfully I had already discovered this on a previous purchase!”

“Fantastic time piece. This being my first citizen watch I was really impressed. Full hardened titanium makes this watch very light. The movement makes its extremely accurate. Only thing I wasn't so impressed with was the squeaky and rattly bracelet clasp. Other then that I would definitely recommend this watch or citizen as a whole.”
