“The service & delivery was fast.The watch is amazing.The only down side was the packaging,which was damaged.Luckily the watch was ok. Packaging needs to be thought about. Pictures added below.”

“While Citizen may be a good company, the same cannot be said of their useless Couriers, DPD. Despite arriving on our doorstep, DPD failed to deliver the consignment and therefore the watch was never received. However, previously owned Citizen watches have been completely satisfactory and good value for money.”

“Simple to order and arrived quickly which is always a positive. I registered my watch on arrival and the s showing up on my account immediately. The registration did indicate that I would receive a confirmation but that didn’t arrive so just need to check that. But all 10/10 otherwise. The watch Dive Promaster itself. I was quite concerned when purchasing, moving from my older Citizen ecodrive which is slim and small as I am quite thin, but I have always wanted a mechanical watch and like the security of having something truly waterproof. I can honestly say that even not being a watch person/collector, that this does wear ‘like a small watch’ as they say. It seems a little heavy at first in comparison, but as I expected that due to the required hardware for the movement and the waterproofing, it disappears in no time. It really is a cracking piece of engineering that I am happy to wear for many years to come.”

“They have very good watches at competitive prices. Quality products and well designed. The only one thing I could criticise is there are a lot of very large watches which rule out a big percentage of buyers.”

“Excellent quality. Love the presentation box it comes in with all the themeing from the film. Had issues with the couriers new locker system. But the customer service at Citizen were quick and very helpful in sorting the issue out.”

“Fantastic watch - I did a lot of research before purchase and it compares more than favourably with competion from Seiko Orient and Tissot which I’d also checked out. The watch is well made, attractive and seems to be very durable - I hope that it will be still going strong in years to come which all of the long term reviews I’ve seen seem to support. I also feel the eco side of things is great and it means less batteries end up in landfill or the ocean- I love the watch and thinking of getting the black one too!”

“Citizen forza white face looked at alot of watches this is dressy aswell as being sporty great bracelet super comfy and lightweight titanium great design and very happy with my purchase only minus id say is clasp could've been better which would add to cost however I'd gladly pay the extra no brainer lots of face options super buy”
