“I would highly recommend City Therapy and Olivia Longe in particular. I worked with her for a few months and the sessions really benefited me. Olivia is a skilled therapist. She creates a relaxing and non-judgemental space. I really felt I was being understood. Would return to her if needed again.”

“I had a great experience at City Therapy. Colm was a fabulous therapist. I found the sessions and the therapy extremely useful and rewarding. The location was very convenient too.”

“I had a great experience with City Therapy. I felt instantly at ease on my intake call and ended up having a lovely conversation. I was matched with Deirdre and I'm pleased to say we got along from the very beginning. I feel very lucky to have worked with Deirdre. I loved her integrative and practical approach. “I worked with a fantastic therapist by the name of David Cosgrove. I have OCD and GAD and when I first contacted David I was in a complete mess. After several months working together I'm in a lot better place and looking forward to the future.”

“I attended for quite a few months at the end of last year/beginning of this year and my counsellor was Kristine. Attending therapy here helped me so much and I am really grateful for that. I struggled to find a therapist for weeks and the team at City Therapy, including Kristine, really did their best to accommodate me as quickly as possible. I would also recommend Kristine in particular as a therapist, she is a very insightful, warm and patient person.”

“City Therapy was not my first experience with therapy, but it was undoubtedly one of my best. My therapist Valeria was absolutely wonderful. She truly helped me build up my self confidence and helped me gain the strength I needed to persevere through the tough situations I was experiencing. I would highly recommend City Therapy.”
