“I hesitated about going to therapy for a long time. I'd hit a rough patch, feel bad for a while, think about trying therapy, eventually sweep things under the rug, feel a little better... rinse and repeat. After a few big changes in my life happened around the same time, I thought it was finally time to try and break the cycle. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Signing up was very easy, and after asking a few simple questions to get an idea of my needs, I was put in contact with one of their many qualified therapists straight away. Working with Szilvia the last few months has been an absolute pleasure. She put me at ease from the very first session and has been incredibly warm, considerate, and accommodating throughout the entire process. I can't speak positively enough about my experience. My only regret is not having started sooner.”

“This service has been exceptional, genuinely look forward to every session I attend because the therapist I work with is kind and considerate. This Therapist overs me flexibility of phone sessions or video or in person sessions if my schedule becomes to busy or my mind frame becomes to anxious. This same therapist offered me an emergency session due to unfortunate circumstances where I needed it. This service is reliable, dedicated and is hugely patient centred. The price is very reasonable for such an outstanding service.”

“I can't recommend my therapist Dan Keogh enough. In 2022 I felt like a hopeless wreck but he helped me pick myself back up and start looking at myself positively. It's been such a positive change in my life I feel I can move forward again.”

“I have been using City therapy for a few months now and couldn't recommend it enough. I see Dan Keogh whom I find to be extremely personable and professional. The sessions are always valuable, we'll facilitated and provide food for thought outside of the sessions. Having a dedicated space to discuss issues and concerns and knowing that they'll be met with genuine interest and a supportive disposition has proved incredibly helpful.”

“I would recommend City Therapy to anyone who is considering going to therapy. It's refreshing to speak to a third party outside your life and not get the views and opinions of close friends and family who already have a tainted perspective of these situations. It has helped me to identify the emotions I am feeling in situations, the causes for these emotion and how to deal with them effectively. I feel like I learned a lot about myself and how I operate and I would like to thank Jane for this. She was always pleasant, caring and considerate during our sessions and talked through things with a level head to come out with a reasonable outcome.”

“Price, Availability and Flexibility is very good when contacting City Therapy. I just started working on things with Daniel and he is easy to talk to and we have got along great during the time we've spent together. I would highly recommend taking a chance on the therapists available and giving them a chance.”

“My experience so far has been nothing short of excellent. Although I was hesitant at first as I'd consider myself to be someone who tries to solve their own issues and doesn't like to depend on others, My Therapist Dee has brought me to the realisation that allowing yourself to unburden your problems and getting someone elses perspective can really allow your to change your mindset for the better.”

“Just finished my second block of therapy with Michelle Kelly of approx 3 months. I originally attended her 3 years ago for 1 year. I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is always present, very understanding, empathic and nonjudgemental. She lets you go at your pace and doesn't rush you at all. I always felt extremely calm and comfortable in her presence. A lovely space to feel and be and offload.”

“Meeting Michelle most definitely saved my life to put it simply. Through gentle listening and understanding of the issues I was dealing with she was so equipped to help create a routine and plan for me so that I could get back to living my life. To come to the understanding I was on the spectrum in my 20’s derailed me at the start and on top of that coming to the realisation I was trans at the same time was too much to function but with Michelle we worked together and put routine into my life and healthy boundaries and I can honestly say I am living my life to the fullest I ever have. I went back to Michelle recently for just a check in and will be back to her in the future if I ever need it.”

“Have tried to arrange therapy twice now with two different therapists and neither have followed up to confirm. Reaching out to start therapy is a hard and big step and your therapists did not make it easy.”
