“I feel so grateful to have discovered City Therapy. I suffered in silence for years before finally making that first phone call and Anne instantly put my mind at ease. She told me she would find a suitable therapist for my needs and within a day I had an appointment lined up with Dan. Dan has been incredibly understanding and supportive and has helped me transform my outlook on life, relationships and how I see myself. From the second I walked in the door I knew I found a safe space. I would encourage anyone and everyone to reach out to the City Therapy team.”

“I would recommend Anne Devlin to anyone seeking therapy, she is a wonderful therapist. Anne has been a steady anchor which has been unwavering since the day I walked through her door. She has seen me through the most difficult time in my life, taken me out through the other side and into a life where I am able to build and move beyond just surviving again. Anne remained professional and compassionate throughout my time in going to therapy with her, she has always been respectful of boundaries, and she has not been afraid to take the time to build up trust in the therapeutic relationship. She has also been unafraid of trying new techniques to see what might best fit. It has truly been a gift that she has given me and one that I will never be able to adequately put into words or say enough thanks for. I would highly recommend Anne to anyone seeking therapy and would go as far as to say if you get Anne as your therapist-lucky you! Thank you is not enough, but thank you for everything that you have done for me Anne.”

“I am incredibly grateful to have City thepary in my life. In special the Counsellor Daniel Keogh. I was at rock bottom, my soul was broken. With them I was able to find myself. Finally recover my soul and my essence. The sessions are wonderful and everything has been immensely helpful. Now it is possible for me to have different approach in diffetents situations in my life. Daniel has been extreme caring not just for his advice but also for listening to everything. He helped me deal with my problems that i had. I really would like to thank all very much for this excellent help and support that they are giving me for almost 3 years. My sincere thanks so much for this incredible journey.”

“I've been with City Therapy for a while now and have seen two different therapists over four years. Both of them were excellent and provided me with a safe space and helped me so much. The staff that connected me with the therapists was so friendly and made sure to find a perfect match for what I needed. I would highly recommend this place.”

“I had been looking around other therapy providers but from my first conversation with City Therapy I felt very at ease and they were happy to take their time with me and answer any questions I had. My therapist Szilvia was a delight to work with, very welcoming, easy to talk to and made every session feel like a safe space where I could speak openly. If you are thinking of starting therapy, I couldn't recommend City Therapy more.”

There is current a huge demand for mental health services (talk therapy) which is putting pressure on accessing therapists. This is something we are currently working on at City Therapy. “It is definitely a safe space to say whats on your mind , with no hesitation. I found it quite difficult to open up to anyone, after this I was comfortable to my therapists and those who are close to me. There is no judgment, no guilt tripping and most importantly every emotion and thought is valid”

“Couldn't recommend City Therapy enough. I had been to numerous therapists in the past and thought that therapy just wasn't for me. Working with Dan showed me that wasn't the case and the progress that we made was something that I never thought would have been possible before. Very easy to talk to, empathetic and insightful.”

“Working with Dan has been absolutely wonderful. It doesn’t really matter what I am going through; he approaches each session with a non judgemental attitude and an open mind that creates a safe space to work through what I need to. I have worked with a number of therapists and would say that my best and most meaningful experience has been with Dan. It’s rare for someone to be able to establish such a strong connection so immediately but he did it with such ease that it felt as if we had known each other well from the beginning. I would absolutely highly recommend Dan and City Therapy to anyone. It has truly been a life changing experience for me.”

“reached out to city therapy in a time of need and found Dan to be extremely helpful in aiding me to work though my highs and lows. “Working with Caroline was an absolute pleasure and helped me break through in areas of my life where I previously felt stuck. The ability to do online work was very much appreciated and the location of the actual building was easy to get to and very nice on the inside. Never had any problems with getting an appointment, would highly recommend.”
