“We are very happy with shutters and curtain we had installed in our new house by Classic Blinds. The product is very good quality and the service provided from the initial quote to installation was excellent. I would recommend Classic Blinds and Shutters.”

“From the first call to the installation the service is fantastic. Nothing is a bother . The quality phenomenal the after sale service is great . I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Classic to anyone wanting shutters”

“Overall, you have a great product and great standards and very professional installers - just a few factors pulled it all back from a 5 star experience for me. Pros: - our upstairs shutters installed and roller blinds are sensational, and perfectly installed; Cons: - downstairs shutters measurements must have been slightly out as does not sit flush with wall - admitedly it was a tricky installation bridging a shower screen, but less than ideal finish for a product that is high quality (and not cheap); - the aluminium fill for the downstairs shutter in shower recess also wasn't silicone sealed, leaving an 'unfinished' look with gaps underneath; and - aluminium cut filings all over driveway where kids play all the time (which wasn't cleaned up) wasn't hugely appreciated.”

“We had shutters and roller blinds put in a few years ago. We have finally finished the last lot of shutters. Again, very happy with the outcome. Very fast and reliable. Fantastic service and products.”

“Hi Nikita, the installation was a little problematic, due primarily to the fact that the site/location was not square, which necessitated a number of modifications to the panel/frame. This was carried out professionally and with a minimum of fuss. However, the installer's task was made a little difficult as a result of being "one out", I had presumed it would be a two-man team as it has been in the past two installations. Nonetheless, he did a great job and left the job site neat and tidy, well done to him. In closing, just a casual comment, in the past we were given a small presentation of a maintenance "kit" which has come in very handy when adjusting the tension in the shutters, I thought it was a nice touch and a very professional and business-like way to conclude the job. When such a small gesture can mean so much to customer relations and the building of a loyal customer base, it's a pity to see this practice no longer exists. Thanks for a great job, until next time. Bye.”

“Very professional firm and great to do business with. Considering we were in COVID restrictions, they managed to measure and install shutters in the time frame they promised even though there were supply difficulties. They managed our visit to showroom to view material for blinds without a hitch. Installers took pride in their work, a rare commodity today. Well done!”
