“Quality product and material. If adding side grip adapters or the high bar adapter to an initial purchase, it would have been helpful to know that you need to add the adapters and longer countersunk screws before mounting the wooden board to the module, AND that you can NOT use BOTH. There are two positions (high & low) on each side of the high bar adapter for side grips - while you could add two pair of side grips, it is only practical for one pair if using the larger grips like the Euroholds wooden grips. Overall, I'm very pleased, even though I have a pair of extra grips and side adapters that I can't use now because of the high bar adapter.”

Hallo Tristan, danke für deine Bewertung. Du hast das ClevoDoor + Hangboard am 25.12.2024 bestellt, dort war es auf Vorbestellung mit dem Versanddatum 07.01. angegeben. Wie angegeben, haben wir dein Paket am 07.01. an Fedex übergeben, welches 3 Tage später am 10.01.25 zugestellt wurde. Daher verstehen wir deine Bewertung nicht, kannst du uns das genauer erläutern? Einen Vorbesteller-Artikel mit ausgewiesenem Datum können wir nicht schneller liefern. Danke & sportliche Grüße Team Clevo

“Extremely unhappy. I was so excited for this to arrive only to be missing essential screws/parts needed to build the set. Furthermore, I bought all the add-ons only to find out all individual handles/holds must be bought separately (not like in the pictures). Why would I buy a wooden board with holes???? Why would I buy 2 metal sticks for extra holds and no holds??? Why don’t holds/handles come together??? For the extreme price (this was an investment) I'm extremely disappointed and would happily ship it all back.”

Hello Rodrigo, thank you for your review. Under all our products you will find the scope of delivery and what exactly is included. As we do not know how our customers want to equip their boards and modules, they must of course do this themselves and order it in addition. The other pictures are for illustrative purposes, but it is clearly communicated that only certain components are included. For example, here is the ordered Proboard, you will find the scope of delivery: Scope of delivery: 1x Pro wooden board 1x cross brace for additional reinforcement 26 x drive-in nut for climbing holds Fastening screws for mounting on the Clevo Door Sporty greetings Team Clevo

“J’ai passé une commande le 10 janvier sur le site, le colis a soi-disant été livré par FedEx le 15 janvier. Je n’ai jamais reçu de colis, et je n’ai pas quitté le domicile de la journée ! Aucune trace de ce colis et surtout aucune réponse du service client de Clavo Climbing, ni de FedEx, qui estime avoir livré le colis. Un service client déplorable et injoignable ni par téléphone ni par mail. En attendant j’ai payé un équipement que je n’ai jamais reçu. J’espère que ce n’est pas une arnaque.”

Bonjour Cecilia, Merci pour ton évaluation. Nous avons répondu à ton e-mail quelques heures plus tard et avons ouvert un ticket chez Fedex. Nous sommes en train de nous renseigner pour savoir si le colis a vraiment été livré ou s'il a éventuellement été repris ou livré à un voisin. D'ici là, nous te serions très reconnaissants si nous pouvions obtenir un peu de temps. Nous ne travaillons pas chez Fedex et nous ne livrons pas le colis nous-mêmes, c'est pourquoi nous dépendons de la réponse de FedEx. Salutations sportives L'équipe Clevo
