“Such a helpful place. I was unsure as to which machine foot I wanted to order, but made my decision based on the information on their website. I was able to ask a question on their website. The following day I received a full and comprehensive answer. I ordered extra bobbins too. I paid for the items in my basket then received a phone call from a member of staff asking whether the bobbins were for my machine. Yes was my reply. The advisor told me that I had in fact ordered the wrong sized bobbins. She offered to change them for the right ones and would reimburse me the difference. I was so impressed. The items arrived within a couple of days. What excellent customer service is that.”

“I ordered an item and the wrong one was sent, but Neil, of customer services, was brilliant. He immediately sent the correct item, didn't charge the extra and was extremely courteous and helpful when I contacted Coles for help”

“Hi I am very happy with the new machine Brilliance it is. I have worked at it and it took me ages to find out how to sew in all directions then I found the 8 way arrows and then added the 4 way stitches and its very good. I believe there are more fancy stitches too so I am playing with them.”

“I ordered a Horn insert and the web site mistakenly charged extra postage. I didn't know this but Coles quickly rectified it and refunded the difference very quickly. A truly honest, knowledgeable and helpful dealer. I have purchased from them before and have always received excellent service.”
