“Totally misleading. It says all orders are dispatched in 24 hours. What a lie, I placed an order 2 weeks ago and it has not been shipped yet. It also says that United States orders are shipped from their warehouse making you think the warehouse is in the United States but it’s not, their warehouse is in the UK. Customer service is lousy and rude. I will never order from them again”

“Horrible customer service delivery is taking more than the 5-7 business day window and the company refused to send tracking number. And will not accept a refund as a solution. DO NOT BUY WITH THEM!”

“This is not okay. I have ordered two pairs of lenses, and spent $46. They have not come and I paid extra for 2-5 day shipping. It has been 5 days, two days ago it showed they where still in the UK, and now both RoyalMail and USPS will not let me track my orders. This website barley lets you track your orders.”

“This is a SCAM DO NOT BUY!!! Ordered mine more than 3 months ago , never received the lens and I’ve been asking for a refund since , they have emailed me back that they will refund and give all the excuses in the world, but no refund yet! So if you want to loose money order from them !!!!”

“I paid for 3-7 day shipping on October 10th. Didn’t receive my order (or even an update) until yesterday 11/13/22 they ignored my emails about the situation and only responded once the contacts finally arrived. Didn’t care to offer a refund unless I wanted to pay for the return shipping label and send them back…even after waiting over a MONTH and being ignored. Worst contact company ever. They steel your money and then try to blame it on UPS”

“Lenses are okay, I've paid less for better lenses than these. In addition to them being sub-par in quality, they lie about a lot of things here. Lie 1: "All USA orders shipped directly from our USA warehouse" - My order says it came from the UK. So it definitely didn't make the 2-5 day shipping timeframe that I paid extra for. Lie 2: "Once your package ships we will send you a tracking number." - I never received anything with a tracking number. After a few days I was able to look up the order on the site, but the order confirmation says they will send it. Lie 3: "We'll get back to you within 24 hours.(Monday to Friday)." - I attempted to contact them 3 separate times about my order. Never got a response to any of those questions. I'm sure there are more. But I would definitely avoid doing business with this company if they can't even respond to an email or follow-through with their own statements on their own website.”

“Ordered and the items never shipped. I see now that this is a huge scam and luckily I paid via PayPal so have received the full refund. Don’t bother wasting your time trying to contact them as you will get no response. Clearly they pay Google for advertisement so they appear first on the search. Let’s hope this shows when someone searches scam so… SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM”

“Have not received lenses. I have my contest tomorrow. Ordered 14 days ago, and they are nowhere. Have tried to get in contact with these people but no response back from them So, as another person said about them, it must be a scam. they got your money, so they don't care if you get it when you need it.”

“I will order my contact lenses from crazy lenses all the time they were a great price and delivery was quick also I they sent a replacement for a the color I thought would work buy was not the right color they replaced it with great customer service”

“I ordered I-Glow Whiteout UV contact lenses product code BLA-WHITEOUT and I was sent I-Glow White UV contact lenses product code V-83121. I contacted the company and they tell me that these 2 items are the same thing and refused to correct their error. If these 2 items are the same then they are false advertising by selling 1 item under 2 different description and 2 different product codes Also how many other items on their website are also done the same way. PLEASE DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT DOING GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES AND THEY DONT WANT TO FIX THEIR MISTAKES”

“Horrible!!! The worst online experience I’ve ever had! Paid close to 80$ and they lost my order. Just “oh well sorry” They took my money, and lost my order in the system (?) what? I literally had to chase them down with emails for weeks. I would’ve never received my order had I not brought it to their attention. They claim they will “refund my money.” I don’t believe they will follow through, I’ve been jerked along for weeks. I will have to contact my bank and dispute the charge on my end. An absolute nightmare. Not right crazy-lenses. The customer service is a joke! This company should will be reported will be better business bureau and should be considered fraudulent. Shame on them. Hopefully people will read the reviews before paying this company a dime. They should be put out of business.”
