“The contact lens are supposed to be yellow but when you put them in your eye they do not look yellow. The only time they glow yellow is under a black light. Had I have known that I would never have bought them.”

“These contacts are very afordable and perfect for Halloween. I have ordered multiple colors for myself and my husband. My husband wanted dead eyes where they are all cloudy and white. He liked the look of them but he couldn't see at all so he only wore one. I ordered the blue cat eyes that were supposed to glow in black light. I didn't notice any glowing and the lenses traveled around a bit in my eye so they weren't always straight up and down. But for the price, I can accept that.”

“i literally couldn’t see through them. i tried them on for about 3 seconds, they hurt and made my eyes water for hours, and couldn’t see anything. i threw them away immediately. complete waste of money.”

“I ordered the Blind White lenses, with the understanding; after reading the description, that my vision would be somewhat obscured, blurry or limited. That was NOT the case. After putting the lense in I was completely blind in 1 eye, my vision was completely compromised. The lense was a little difficult to take back out, my eye was instantly irritated and it feels like I have something stuck in the corner of my eye now. I'm hoping there isn't an infection starting. And yes I did make sure to properly clean my hands before applying the contact. Product is not accurately colored either, it's a completely different color then the white of the eye making it look cheap and weird.”

“Received the lenses brick hard, both the packages were broken and the water/solution had leaked out.Don't even think about ordering from here, they NEVER EVER EVER reply to any questions or queries. I don't know how this company is allowed to continue trading, they seem to be getting away with advertising products that either never arrive or arrive damaged.”

“DO NOT BUY! I bought 2 lenses, One of my lenses came damaged Grey 3 Tone (Pair) SKU: BLA-82461, And the other lens was so Too big for my eyes , Big Eye Dolly Eye Green (Deku / Izuku) SKU: BLA-82607 And you can’t even see the green! The grey lens I ordered are not even available to buy anymore. I just bought them less than a month ago! Not only is it taking them a week and a half to respond to my emails, but they are refusing to replace the damaged grey lens! DO NOT BUY! I tried to upload photos, but for some reason this review would not allow me to!”

“The quality is terrible. I put mine in yesterday and they slide around to the wrong part of my eye impeding my vision. Ever since I took them out my left eye is red and swollen. They itched and burned the entire time. I could only wear them for like an hour. Super disappointing.”

“I ordered mine -two pairs a week ago and zilch .I got an email several days ago saying they were in their way but still nothing.I really need those fir a costume/model event which Is set to shoot in 12'days from now so please rush them to me and ill change my review to 5 stars .I'm here all day everyday,waiting fir these lenses so please send forth with.Dont let anyone sign for them without checking id or take a pic but I need them fast.Thank You ,Mario Alvarez”

“The physical quality of the product is good, however the color is not as depicted on the website. The photos for product BLA-80681 show a bright-ish magenta/pink, which I attached, however I received a pastel pink. I am building a Jinx cosplay for Comicon and these aren't going to look right or even come close to matching her other pink items. The event is March 8th so I doubt I have time for a replacement. Disappointed. ALSO - their website doesn't allow you leave a review even though it gives the option. I typed my review and everything and when you click submit it says bad gateway. I tried twice.”

“Charges $7 to $9 for shipping on contact lenses whi h do not cost that much to ship. It is a ripoff and they could give free shipping with all the contacts myself and others purchase annually. They are a greedy company and I will no longer continue to contribute to their greed. Get your contacts through other sites/competitors. Better quality, cheaper shipping (if not free like most), and faster ship times.”

“Just like so many, I ordered lenses, paid for 3-5 day shipping, and 18 days later still have no lenses. With Halloween come and gone, I may (or may not) receive lenses I have absolutely no use for. Not exactly a scam, but all lies and deceit. Zero customer support to back anything up.”

“Will never use this company again... why; 1. On Oct 20, 2022, I bought 2 pairs of lenses for Halloween. 2. I paid for expedited shipping (2-5 day delivery). 3. On Oct 28, no delivery. Emailed to follow up with no reply. 4. On Nov 5 received delivery. Missing one pair of lenses. 5. Nov 7, customer service offered to send the missing lenses. 6. Nov 12, lenses are not required now that Halloween is long over. Requested refund. 7. Dec 4. Emailed again to follow up on requested refund. 8. Dec 5. Customer Services replied saying "Management is aware of your refund request. They deal with customer requests on a case by case basis". Unable to process refund. 9. Feb 10, 2023. Never received refund or reply. 10. May 6, 2023. Followed up again to request refund. Never received refund. Never received further reply. Terrible business.”

“They delivered to a completely random address rather than the one I provided and try to use my apt number as the excuse. I want a refund I have been waiting weeks for a resolution which they just keep Making excuses for. I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company”

“Company promises to deliver within 2-4 business days amd states that it's being shipped feom a Massachusetts warehouse in The US but that's not true at all. IT's been 5 BUSINESS DAYS SINCE PLACING THE ORDER and it's in the UK which still hasn't departed to the US. I've asked more than once to refund my money and they keep sending emails carrying on about nonsense and not even addressing the question of a refund. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST AND SELLING LIES”

“I ordered mini sclera contacts worth £17.99 only to receive the wrong contacts that were almost half the value of the ones I ordered to begin with. The customer service is garbage and they haven't even bothered to refund or send out the correct pair I ordered in the first place. This company is terrible.
