Will never use this company again... why; 1. On Oct 20, 2022, I bought 2 pairs of lenses for Halloween. 2. I paid for expedited shipping (2-5 day delivery). 3. On Oct 28, no delivery. Emailed to follow up with no reply. 4. On Nov 5 received delivery. Missing one pair of lenses. 5. Nov 7, customer service offered to send the missing lenses. 6. Nov 12, lenses are not required now that Halloween is long over. Requested refund. 7. Dec 4. Emailed again to follow up on requested refund. 8. Dec 5. Customer Services replied saying "Management is aware of your refund request. They deal with customer requests on a case by case basis". Unable to process refund. 9. Feb 10, 2023. Never received refund or reply. 10. May 6, 2023. Followed up again to request refund. Never received refund. Never received further reply. Terrible business.
