“Ordered bed, received email saying delivery only to ground floor, queried this and was assured driver would deliver to 2nd floor flat. Delivery driver called and delivered the evening before it was due, and very happily delivered 3 separate pieces to the 2nd floor and put into the flat for my 82 year old mother. Excellent service all round. The bed's really nice too!!”
