“Good price, and good service. Delivery had a slight issue as it didn’t arrive within the time slot I’d been given, but after chasing up over email they clarified the driver was delayed and there were no other issues. Product quality not quite as hoped.”

“Saved by the clarity of instructions and ease of assembly. First, the designers need be congratulated for considering assembly requirements during design. There is a clear consoderations of user/customer requirements and experience, as both the process and the instructions made assembly a doodle. On the other hand, the quality of workmanship and in particularly the paint job could be improved considerably. Some of the wooden cuts were a few mm off, and the paint was not uniformly applied on all cuts and sides. As this was not a cheap bed and to purchase either, the above shortcomings are highly unsatisfactory.”

“Delivery was a little slower than I would have liked. Even with Covid playing it's part, I think delivery aims and tracking could be improved. The product itself was good quality, looks the piece and has gone down very well. It was fairly priced and I found it simple to construct. Product was a toddler's full-size single housebed. I would buy again but be mindful if you have very short timescales.”

“Really happy with the quick delivery and the actual bed. Very disappointed with the delivery service and the fact they will literally only drop the bed off at your doorstep or at the front of your block of flats (if you live in a flat). I bought my 2 sons 2 new beds but had to call on help from strangers to get the beds carried up to my actual flat but not sure what someone would do if they didn’t have anyone to help them carry it up. Really poor, just to save time and liability. Surely that’s what delivery drivers are for? Who better equipped to carry up than them?”

“For some unknown reason, I thought thus bed was a duvan that would come in two pieces, so did not expect to receive a flat pack box and to ensemble the bed myself. My fault for not looking at the details properly. Perhaps clear description may help, unless I missed it. Nevertheless, delivey guy was really helpful, managed to ensemble it myself over 4 hours as I am disabled and I desperately needed a bed as was sleeping on the floor on a mattress. Was sore for a few days after, could have done with an electric screw driver for all the screws on the slates. It was a balancing act to assemble the main frame and had to ensure that the bolt's/ screws were not tightened to their limit before attaching the next bit, so was readjusting all the time to get it all fitting together well, (suppose that is the nature of self assembly), Managed to put it together which was the main thing, a little too small for my King size mattress but it will do for the price I paid, it was good value and when ensembled very sturdy, well as sturdy as I could get it with my limited strength.”

“The bed itself is gorgeous the problem I have is the fabric it smells so bad like someone has wiped there backside all over it iv tried fabric spray and it still won’t go it smells the whole room out very disappointed”

“The ordering process was fine however after ordering we expected to be given a provisional delivery day which we didn't get until we were notified the day before delivery that it was going to arrive. There were no issues with the delivery itself.”

“I give 3 stars only for the fact that the first delivery driver didn't even attempt to deliver to my home when he couldn't find it, no phone call or anything, then lied to the company saying he attempted delivery but wasn't in. I understand my home can be hard to find but the second delivery driver used his brain and rang me and I gave him clear directions. I was very happy with his delivery service and he was a very friendly guy. Shame about the first one eh.”

“Bed arrived on time. Frame was damaged but when reported was offered a small refund which was decline. It took me 3 emails and a number of calls to get the discount back. Customer service could have been a lot better”

I can see that we did originally mention that you would need to cancel your order to reorder with the applied discount, and this is why it may have taken a while to get this discount sorted. We do not commonly issue refunds of the difference of a discount code that hasn't been applied to the basket, we usually ask for customers to allow us to cancel their order so they can reorder with the applied discount code. “The products are great, the lack of option to choose (at least) morning/afternoon delivery time is very poor. I had to negotiate with CS for long before a delivery in the morning hours was arranged. You should give the option of PAID timeslots delivery, in addition to the FREE random time one.”
