dumped the bed outside my neighbours door and it fell on his daughter when she left the house. Wrong slates, no reply to requests for slats that fit. Came a week early on a day I was not at home as in the process of moving in, caused me a big problem with my neighbour so thanks for getting me off to a terrible start in this community.

The central metal support of the frame is all bent and twisted, along with the metal on the wood that connects to the bed. This was from poor packaging and damage in transit by the handler.

Bed arrived damaged with two large chunks taken out of the wood. Disappointed for the price I paid. I can endorse this with photos.

Sadly the box that the bed was in must have been in a cold warehouse for a very long time as when we opened one side of the damp box , thr side of the bed was covered in mould and the metal had rusted !

Bed did not turn up on first delivery van Then after making contact had no update. 2 weeks later Bed shows up. Very cheaply made. Looks nice but over priced

Bought 3 beds and several mattresses from this company. I was chuffed to bits with the lift up king bed I bought last year but my most recent purchase (single divan with drawers) is of awful quality. The amount of staples they had packaged it with was a nightmare to remove and the whole thing is flimsy as anything I don't think it will last v long. one of the feet broke on assembly when attaching to base luckily engineer husband made a new one . I dont recommend the roll up foam mattresses either like laying on a floor really hard and thin. The argos ones for similar price much much more comfy. Overall my experiences have been very hit and miss so won't be returning unfortunately.

Very poor instructions bed was ripped on leather headboard. Slats are flimsy can't support much weight. No washers for any bolts. Lovely looking but under surface very very poor not worth money maybe 100 pound bed.

Overall the bed is lovely,however the customer service was terrible with regards to the bed being at fault it took a total of almost 2 weeks to finally get to the bottom of the issue and get a replacement headboard sent out.I couldn’t get an answer on the phone and emails took 2-3 working days to be responded to leaving my daughter sleeping on the floor for 2 weeks

Had a problem with a component of 1 out of three beds. Contacted the retailers immediately but have not got any response. As u have three children it would have been difficult to return 1of 3 beds so had to find a DIY fix. Otherwise the beds themselves are good quality. Need to improve on the customer support front.

Unfortunately, the bed that we ordered turned out to be out of stock even though we had a delivery confirmation. These things happen. What happened next was the bad part. We selected another bed which ended up being cheaper. We were misinformed about the delivery date and had to repeatedly chase to find out what was going on. Then after the bed was delivered, we had to chase for the refund of the difference in purchase price. CPB said we were only entitled to a partial refund. So then we had to fight to get the correct refunded amount. Just dragged out what should have been a very quick and easy process, with misinformation on a regular basis from CPB.

Very disappointing quality. When we started to assemble the bed, some of the holes did not match up and there was a scrape on the white wooden headboard, right in the middle so very visible.... Screws missing... If I hadn't had guests coming to stay (and needed the bed for them) this bed would have been returned.

Upon receipt of our bed, it was missing a part that was integral to the frame. Instead of being able to send out a singular part. I have been sent a whole other bed, with the inconvenience of having to know take the heavy frame to the household recycling centre. When purchasing products, I don’t appreciate items being missing, having to wait for increased delivery times, being lumbered with heavy and useless extras and then being inconvenienced. I received no compensation for this poor service, I just had to be inconvenienced by you. Poor service that expects its customers to be inconvenienced and not compensated. Good service apart from waiting 11 days instead of 5 due to the original delivery driver being sick. There was no call or anything and just a change on the tracking system. I had to chase up the reason why and I wasted a day annual leave and had to take a extra day off the following Monday.
