“Very happy with the service and quality of my mattress!”

“I was very pleased with how quick my delivery was the bed took my brother 4 hours to put up ,, if I had anything to complain about it was the strap that was supposedly attach to the bottom of the bed frame to lift it up ,, snapped ,, so I have to lift the frame up myself with my hands but the bed itself is fine .”

“Sent half of one bed and the half of a different bed ! But they very quickly sorted out their error and sent the correct piece Unfortunately the delivery company messed up by delivering it to the wrong address ! The bed is great and reasonably priced One thing I would point out is they do not advert their phone number so you have to do everything by email”

“My child likes her bed a lot. The delivery was on time and complete, except there were no holes in the underside to place the bed feet in. It’s satisfactory on the carpet though.”

“I would have given 5 stars but there was a screw missing and one that was not fit for purpose as the head was out of shape. We managed as we had the screws needed at home spare. Otherwise the bed was of good quality and delivery very prompt.”

“The Bed is lovely and my granddaughter loves it, it was delivered on time but the only problem I had is that one part of the item did not arrive and I can't seem to get a response to my email. It was only a vine to go round the tent bit but it's still part of the order.”

“The bed is very nice looking, my daughter loves it. There were some imperfections with the paint mostly, but you don't see it unless you look for it. The price was great and it looks sturdy and well made. I just wish I would have gotten a taller mattress as the edge is quite hard. The only issue I have with it is the bed slats creak when she sits/turns in bed. I screwed them as per the instructions, but I'm thinking of taking the screws out as that's why I believe the bed creaks.”
