“As a company the easy ordering process and delivery I can’t knock top marks. However the build quality of the bed I purchased isn’t good at all . Very cheaply put together. I understand fully that you get what you pay for but honestly my opinion on the bed itself is very dissatisfied.”

“Excellent communication & delivery - bed and mattress good value for money and very well received by my Grand daughter (it’s her bed) but would have been too low for me. A good product.”

“On the whole a really good service. Delivery was hassle free and on time. Just a slight disappointment on unpacking. The slats seem very flimsy and one of them was cracked and suspect will need replacing quite soon. Also couple of parts of frame look as if chips been filled in and painted over and as pointed out in other customers' reviews, when unpacking, where pieces were stuck together and pulled apart the white paint peeled off. Shame really because 3 year old granddaughter very excited with her new house bed! And got to accept that was a fraction of the cost of similar beds. So sorry, had to knock off 1 star for having to get my paintbrush out again!”

“The low level bed we bought was very cheap and is basic but as expected. Straightforward to put together and delivery communication and efficiency was spot on.”

“This is an extremely well made bed and comfortable mattress. Easy to use website and quick turnaround. My only criticism is that the bed turned up a day earlier than I was told. Fortunately the neighbours were in. Highly recommended. 👍”

“Really easy to order and very pleased with the bed, it was delivered within 7days of ordering. However, trying to contact customer services is nigh on impossible. Crazy Price Beds are the most invisible online company I have ever purchased from. Delivery times and dates are really difficult when you work full time. Trying to speak with someone was impossible, phone lines are never answered no matter what time of day you call, you have to hope that any messages/emails that you send get a response.”

“We had a wee bit of an error with delivery date, but everyone I spoke to over the phone were very helpful and apologetic, apart from this mishap everything else was fine, the delivery men were very pleasant and on time with the delivery and we love the bed very sturdy and comfortable thank you”
