Ordered a lovely looking bed, arrived quickly- great! However…. Bed was damaged in 4 places (only bothered unpacking half then realised it was dented and scratched). Sent photos to customer service who then took a week to arrange collection. The bed is still sitting on my living room rug… Not great at all

Nice bed frame however, I've emailed twice regarding a missing cap that binds the slats together but no one has responded, which means I have 2 missing slats on my bed frame. Really disappointing.

You get what you pay for! Nice enough to look at but the paint is uneven and not primed on knots so they are discoloired and bleeding through the pink paint, the edges of the wood has not been sanded or bevelled and so come very sharp and the wood is softwood that bends if my small 3 year old leans on it! Not expecting it to last very long and dissaponted but for £140 delivered I knew it was going to be too good to be true! In my opinion the placement of the side supports isn't very well thought out as if a child walks across the mattress their foot can slip down the sides and get caught under the side bar which of course has a sharp edge and my daughter grazed her ankle doing this on day 2. I would not recommend

Nice bed but instructions not good . Was told delivery between 11 and 3 after having to contact them regarding my order they then turned up at 8 am when trying to get kids to school . Also delivery driver trying to carry all the boxes together which ripped the boxes . Not great for first time using .

I can see that our driver did make your delivery early, I am very sorry if this caused inconvenience. From the photos that the driver provided of the delivery, I cannot see that the boxes have been damaged in anyway as a result of the driver mishandling them. Wish I hadent bothered and went elsewhere. Cheap materials and a bit of the faux leather was ripped.

Was ok but the bed came scratched and the end of the frames was bent so was nightmare to put the screws in. Previous two beds was good though
