Good service, poor product. The finish of the head & footboard is horrible. It was also extremely difficult to put together on my own. Instructions say it needs 2 people, but a lot of households are single. Both headboard and footboard attach to the frame with 2 bolts. I was unable to fit the lower bolt on both sides of the footboard. I just hope that one bolt is strong enough.

Love the bed, Iv ordered 2 now. But I have emailed several times regarding a piece that is labelled the right number but is the wrong piece and no response. Luckily my dad is a pro and fixed it together for my little girl to sleep in.

I have a fault with the LED lights in the bed I purchased 2 weeks ago. I contacted you and you sent me a troubleshooting guide. I followed this and still no joy. I emailed you to let you know and have heard nothing. I only bought this bed for my son because of the lights

Advert shows a black bed. Purchased bed and a bronze colour turned up! Its very brown not black at all. On review the order description does says brown and the box that arrived says brown. Just not clear at all and picture does not match description so disappointed. My fault for buying with eyes and assuming what I was getting was whats in the picture. Lazy advert. Just be careful and read the detail.

Having looked into the order for you I can see that the correct item was received as you ordered our Oxford Industrial Scaffold style brown frame which comes with a beige fabric headboard and brass/bronze accents. We do provide a full range of images and written descriptions on our website to aid in your selection process and the images are captured in our own studio to show the most accurate depiction of the item. Hi I am disappointed because the date of delivery was postponed by 6 days. This meant that all our plans to house the guests were cancelled, with having no bed to sleep them!

Not impressed at all, it was very difficult to build, none of the pieces were numbered, even though they were numbered in the book. Had to drill larger hols as the screws did not fit. The wooden slats to support the mattress are somewhat flimsy 3 have arrived split. So please can you send me some spare slates? Very disappointed!

It was the first time that I trusted to your online website. Unfortunately we are not satisfied because our pack was not complete enough to install. My child bed doesn’t have enough bolt and unt . Bolt and unt were not as enough as the leaflet told . They were less than the numbers .
