Tory was a polite and cheerful deliverer BUT received a text at 4.30 pm on the Friday telling me you would deliver between 10.00 and 14.00 next day. Tried immediately to phone to rearrange but got no reply. We were away but at great inconvenience drove back to receive item. One annoyed customer. Much too short notice. Happy with item.

We do send out the delivery notifications 24 hours in advance, however, I sincerely apologise that this was not the case on this occasion. I can appreciate how disappointing this would have been, especially as you were unable to reach us - as our offices close at 4pm on Friday's, unfortunately, we would have missed your call at this time. Can't fault the company, i emailed with a few questions regarding the bed before i purchased and they replied promptly. They kept me informed of the delivery all they way through.

Came in 5 days I have put them.up there's spaces where the paint hasn't covered the wood so not happy no covers to hide the screws and the side bits of wood don't fit correctly

It's a very sturdy daybed and easy to put together and was a good price compared to another site it was on. I wanted to use it as a sofa come bed as per the description but I have to say it's quite high off the ground, when you sit on it your feet are way off the ground. If I'd realised this I probably wouldn't have bought it and just gone for a standard single bed. You can't tell how high it is from the website photos. But having put it all together I can't be bothered to dismantle it and you have to pay to return it if you change your mind. Maybe over time I'll get used to how high it is. Other than this delivery was on the day, actually arrived 30 mins early which was great as it was a morning slot and didn't have to wait around.

Bed itself is great, except for the smell which is still very strong after a week. It however was not a smooth process getting it. When it arrived there was damage to the side which customer services refunded some money when I eventually got a response via email. When assembling the bed it was missing pieces which I tried to phone to get resolved. No one answered the 10 times I called so emailed and they were dispatched for delivery a few days later.

The bed frame we ordered is perfect for our little boy. However the memory foam mattress we purchased with the frame is absolutely horrific. The worst quality mattress ever, it’s shocking. Our 2 year old has cerebral palsy so it’s important to have a good mattress, however the mattress is not fit for purpose. Wouldn’t recommend.

Bed looks great, but the screw holes in the bed were not of the right size and had to drill these bigger!

When the beds arrived and i opened the box the quality was poor and also was damaged lots of scratches on them. The stile is perfect and my children still enjoying it and having lots of fun just the quality is poor.

I found the website unintuitive and struggled to make the purchase. In trying to complete the transaction, response to an email enquiry took over 24 hours to get an answer which was not helpful anyway. Received an acknowledgement of order which said delivery information would come soon. After a phone call on 3rd day after, finally got some information about the delivery which was the full 5 days after purchase. The delivery driver was actually very helpful and certainly the best part of the experience. The bed itself is a nice bed but the spanner supplied to do the assembly was so thin and flimsy it was difficult to hold and kept slipping off the nuts. All in all not an experience I want to repeat.

Great ordering and prompt delivery The bed is fab buy the mattress was damaged on arrival but no ability to contact to gain replacement or part refund ... Its very comfy and my son loves the bed just disappointed with big black mark

Arrived within the time stated, bed itself isn't the strongest and our king size mattress is a squeeze to fit on the frame, the slats that came with the bed are 2 sets of singles?? So we had to use the full size slats off the old bed . Not worth the money really considering I could have got a second hand solid oak one for less

I am pleased with the bed but it came down in price by £30 before my order was delivered and I was disappointed CPB wouldn't refund the difference. They suggested I decline the delivery, wait for a refund and purchase again which is such a waste of time, money and resources I didn't bother.

Firstly - any human interaction was exceptional. Fast responses, positive vibes from emails, the delivery guy Colin C was lovely and prompt. Couldn’t ask for more in that aspect. The bed frame came damaged. It’s not packed well enough. I got a metal frame and it’s got really bad cosmetic damage on it in multiple places (I’ve shown 3 but there’s more). I feel the first partial refund offer wasn’t enough to suffice for what should be a new frame which came looking worse than my old frame of 6 years. However the CS team were more than happy to discuss which is nice. A replacement was later offered but I was honestly a bit tired of it. I didn’t want to repack half the frame for an exchange. I’d had the bed for a week by then. It was meant to be a lovely new frame for our brand new flat and instead it looks like something I got off a marketplace. Overall. Disappointing product, however the people are lovely. Wouldn’t recommend for the energy required to correct anything if it went wrong, or for how my product looks.

Ordered the day bed as it was exactly what I was after and couldn't find it anywhere else, I wasn't particularly bothered about the price. Delivery was excellent but it wasn't until we were on the final assembly pieces that one piece began to crack and noticed other marks on other pieces. A little bit disappointing

I had no idea that when it said self assembly it would be that much. You even had to put wooden plugs in to the pieces that go on back and sides. I was in my own and took quite a few hours to do. There was only one screw missing so I glued the end piece which was ok.bed had a few scuff marks which appears to have been repacked. It seems sturdy enough and is for a spare room. If it was for everyday use I would have saved some more and gone for higher priced bed that might have been more solid and easier to put together

Shabby quality but it is cheap so can’t expect much else. Delivery driver was very rude and left me to carry up 2 flights of stairs by myself heavily pregnant when my delivery information said it would be delivered to my door and no further! But it’s very comfy
