Get what you pay for. Firstly, the delivery driver called me a day before my delivery date to say he was in the area and wanted to deliver my bed. I agreed but as I was about 10 minutes away, and as he wasn't due for another 24 hours, he agreed to wait. However, upon arriving home, he was not waiting and trying to get in touch with him I assumed he was going to come the following day as originally scheduled. It wasn't until that night, I took the bins out to find I couldn't get into my gate. Then, to my amazement, the delivery driver and THREW it over my back gate. Luckily it wasn't raining that day and the bins needing taking out or I would have never saw it. I then tried to get in touch with crazy price beds but the phone just keeps ringing an no one answers. The bed, doesn't appear to be damaged. However, we have had the bed a little over a month now and the wood has already started to slip. Overall, I think I will having having a second thought about buying a bed from here again. I have also feedback my experience with family and friends who would also second guess ordering from here.

Quality of bed is very good. Shame the bottom part of bed came with a small rip in fabric

Nice bed. Sold as small double. Purchased small double mattress which is too big. So not sure this bed is uk sizing?

The beds look really nice, but one of the beds came with 2 holes out of 4 on the decorative tops of the headboard and the footboard that would not line up with the holes on the main pieces. They are still functional, but kept together with just 2 screws rather than 4.

Bed is good but delivery lied about what time it would come and I had to wait 4 days longer due to driver not arriving, but on the second attempt they came at the time provided.

Our bed arrived quickly however there were lots of parts missing. We are still awaiting spare parts over a week later which is very disappointing. Hopefully they will arrive soon.

Regret this product is NOT for the faint-hearted with regard to ‘putting it together’. You need an expert joiner with the right tools- even though you said ‘flat-pack’ you ought to advertise it much more clearly!

Well, it’s an ok bed for the price but I have had some issues. That wooden supports are flimsy and I’ve had to repair several plus the fact the lifter and release frame to use the storage underneath doesn’t work. I am still waiting for them to respond about that issue

The bed came in several parcels. The instructions were in diagrammatic form. They were fairly easy to understand although I had to use some ingeniuty. However, at the end I was perplexed by the counterweights. Although I can see where they should be attached but cannot see how they work. In addition there was no explanation on how the "IR Controller" works and what it is supposed to do. I would welcome clarification.

First delivery attempt cancelled due to lorry in RTA…can’t be helped . Second attempt arrived very late after estimated time . No instructions with bed no holes drilled for slates . Bed isn’t good very creaky but I can’t be bothered to return now and be without a bed again. Given £15 goodwill gesture.

I ordered a single bed and mattress and secured a delivery date. My parents waited in to take delivery for me until after the allotted time slot - no bed and no message or phone call. Eventually I got to speak to an advisor who told me that my order wouldn’t be delivered that day because the packaging had been badly damaged on the delivery van so they would be taking it back. I was given a new delivery date . I had to wait another week as they were ‘so busy’ and an ‘extra driver was to be brought in’ so that I could have my bed delivered. On delivery day, I waited in until the end of the allotted time slot…… no delivery and no phone call! Again I phoned, I was told that the driver had failed to collect my items that morning so I wouldn’t be getting my delivery that day either ! By this time I was understandably very frustrated and on the verge of cancelling the order. Eventually, after several more conversations with an advisor, my bed was delivered 2 days later. I was told that I would get a phone call to discuss compensation by way of a partial refund , for the inconvenience I had been caused. That was a couple of weeks ago and as yet I have had no phone call. Very disappointing service. On a positive note, I am very pleased with the bed itself and the mattress too. The bed was straightforward to assemble , looks lovely and is good quality. Such a shame the poor service let them down .

Everything regarding delivery and ordering online was easy, so no issues at all from that aspect. The only disappointing thing was the bed frame toe board orb is damaged, the sphere is flat on one side, okay not a massive thing so after building the bed we didn't want to have to strip it all down again so we decided not to say anything, but somewhere the frame as been damaged, to be fair there was no sign of damage on the box.

Lovely bed worth the money and easy to put together. Only complaint is the delivery they dump it on you as I live in a flat with a lift it was hard to move a box with out the others getting pinched.

Bed is fine. Very disappointed with the delivery. Unable to accept delivery so phoned and delivery cancelled and rebooted 7 days later. However delivery made on original date and left outside in tbe rain squashing plants in a flower bed Box damaged
