“It’s very hard to follow the instructions. After assembling the bed it looks lovely. Also the bed smells. It’s been over a week and the smell is not going away.”

“Rrp is nowhere near the quality of the bed...screws would be visible if they didnt supply unsightly plastic screw covers to put on the sides and headboard. Very unsightly...not mentioned in description, or shows any visible signs in their pics to show you what to expect.”

“I suppose a ‘crazy price’ means that the quality isn’t going to be perfect, which is a shame. Rail for the cross struts needed bending out to fit and there were scuffs to the paint work. All is together now though and there are no visible issues. Just a bit frustrating because I wasn’t aware I was buying grey goods?!”

“Easy to put together, looks good bit disappointed at jewel buttons as plastic and makes it look a bit cheap. Bed slats not very strong hope they last.”

“Good quality and value. Down size was it came i 3 separate deliveries with no notification so were left wondering if everything was going to turn up”

“Instructions was poor seems quite flimsy it looks nice once put together and the storage underneath bed is useful I dont think it will last very long in all honesty”

“Quality of the Frame is good but your delivery system is very bad. Driver could not find my address which is even easy to find by a blind person. He dropped in front of the Reception not in the Flat by lift. I would not ordered if I knew your delivery system.”

I have double checked on this and can see that our driver did provide a photo showing that the items for your delivery were left in doors at your apartment block. Due to the restrictions in place, our drivers would only deliver to the front door of the building. “Hi, I was very pleased with the price, ease of purchase and speed of delivery. Generally, I am reasonably satisfied with the beds but I have raised a concern about their robustness and ability to withstand two boys who love to jump... I am disappointed that I have not yet received a reply to my query after several days. The slats seem very thin and they're widely spaced, and I am concerned they will snap or rip out without much encouragement - I'm only 60kg and they worry me when I sit on the bed.. One potential solution I would like to discuss is an extra sets of slats for each bed.”
