“My bed frame was delivered on time as they said, but when I removed the packaging. I noticed the bed frame was scratched. Crazy bed frames responded within hours of my email & offered me a full refund or a discount. I excepted the discount as it was very generous. I will shop with them again as it was just bad luck & these things happen.”

“Great service, arrived early in delivery slot , helpful friendly driver, and pleased with quality of bed and mattress, I used to deliver to you, toilet could have been a bit closer to delivery point, but we’ll pleased with service and quality”
