“I was a little unsure about ordering a bed from Crazy Price Beds as I thought it wasnt quite secure, but I took the plunge and ordered a lovely priced metal scaffold bed frame from here. I instantly got an email to say it was on order and was well informed along the way. The bed is lovely and looks worth much more than what i paid for it. Very sturdy and strong. Easy to put together too. My only concerns that i had was that i could not get in touch with the company other than FB or an eventual email replied too. But they covered all my questions. The bed said delivery 5-7 days but ended up being 10 i believe. Still very worth the wait - we love it!”

“The bed was fab and my love princess liked.., but the delevry man was so rude and unhelpful he left the boxes all the way downstairs at the main gate.., I have to kam from 4th floor to grnd floor to lift 3 boxes for my self and young kids with me which I was very upset.., I even ask him to put in the lift so I can manage to take from there.., so I’m gana rate the delevry 0”

I am sorry to read that you were unhappy with the delivery service though, we do advise in our terms and conditions that deliveries are to the ground floor only in the case of apartments/flats, but I do sincerely apologise that the driver was rude to you when making the delivery. This is not the level of service we aim to provide and we will complete an internal audit to ensure that this does not happen to you or any of our other customers again.
